WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Purchases can be collected at our shop in Napoleon Street or we offer two delivery options.  Standard delivery costs £5 and means your purchase will be delivered to the specified person on St Helena within 3-5 days.  Special delivery costs £10 and includes our complimentary giftwrapping service.  This service allows you to choose a specific date that you would like us to deliver your purchase to a location on St Helena and the delivery charge is applied per transaction so be careful not to add 'Special Delivery' to every item if you are buying more than one product for the same delivery address. 


This service is great for extra special occasions and that added surprise factor!  We'll even capture the moment when we deliver it!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Transactions through this website can be made using Paypal which also accepts most Debit/Credit cards.  If you would prefer to pay by your local BoSH account then we can process your order and special requests via email.  Contact us on shop@moonbeamsforall.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We pride ourselves on delivering products that are of a high standard. We will always attempt to send a proof of your product before the final print. However, if you are not happy with the finished product or choose not to proceed to the final print stage then we would be happy to refund your money in full within 14 days.

HOW DO I PROVIDE PICTURES FOR MY PURCHASES?

Once you've processed your purchase, you can email your pictures to our design team shop@moonbeamsforall.com please ensure that each image is no larger than 1MB (internet speeds on St Helena are slooow).  In this email you can also add any special instructions you might have left out during your transaction on how you would like us to organise the images you provide and any messages you would like us to add.
